Because of the waste, the resource on earth is become more and more poor, many resource become rarely, like petroleum, coal and rare metal. So human will enter into a difficult century if people don't save resource and try to find any replace energy.

And it product many pollution for nature to use coal and oil, so to find a rich and clean energy is very important for us. Up to now, scientists have found several rich and clean energy. Flammable ice, hydrogen,solar, wind energy and so on.
Especially hydrogen and solar, they are have a large storage and they are are all clean energy. But limited by the technology, and we can use them in many area hardly, so if we want to use it to more area, we need break limit of the technology.
Flammable ice is a new clean energy, and it has a large storage too, but there is a problem of exploiting, it exist in deep sea, but we don't have technology to exploit, so it is also difficult to use it deeply. The hydrogen and solar is also face same problem. In space, there are rich energy of hydrogen and solar, but limited by technology, we only use them in a little area, so developing technology is an urgent thing.
I think if we can break the limit of the technology, we will enter into a quick development century. The solar system is not the limitation of us.
